Gothic Young
My wife found this on Youtube. We saw them play this back when band use to play at the Park Plaza Hotel across from MacArthur park in the '80s. That night, they were the opener for Janes Addiction. I liked this version then and, I think I still like it.
Karlson Tea Party 2010
Mark Kawakami invited me to ride out to the Karlson Tea Party, with him and Jason McCann. Never got the chance to meet Karlson or have any tea but, I had a great time. Great display of motorcycle, great photography, great croud and plenty of beer and tacos. I didn't take many pics however, there was one bike that I really thought was a cool project. An early Yamaha enduro with the XS 650 motor. I wish I had the forethought to come up with such an original project. My pic of the bike really sucks but in person, it was done so well, looked like it could have left the factory like that, very cool. Thanks to everyone involved with putting on the event, you all know who you are and you did a great job. Thanks again.
Team USA Wins 2010 MX of Nations
Congrats to The US team of Ryan Dungey, Andrew Short and Trey Conard. They edged out another win for the Americans. For those who don't follow motocross, the MX of Nations is like the Olympics for the world of motocross. Countries from around the get there 3 best rider and put them up against the other teams. This years race was held here in the US at Thunder Valley MX track in Colorado so a win by another country would have been a huge upset. Next year may not be so easy, the Italian and Belgium teams also have some of the fastest riders in the world.

Well, we finally got the powder coating back for Marks Basketcase project. It should go together pretty quick from here. With a little help from Matt over at ColorZone Designs, this thing will hit the streets soon.
