Filling The Stands Across The Country

One of the most publicized rivalries in drag racing for sure,
Don "The Snake " Prudhomme and Tom "The Mongoose" McEwin.
And, a lot of Hot Wheels track clamped to the rafters of our garage!

A1 Is Coming and Look Who's Now On a Honda

The Supercross season is about to get underway and the 450 class could be the most competitive series we've seen in years. Josh Grant is just one of at least ten riders who have a real chance of winning some races if not the championship.

West Coast Choppers Shitter

Just one of the very interesting things about WCC. They were without a doubt, the most influential motorcycle shop to come along in quite some time.

Kickstart 2 - Motocross Trailer

DAVID MANN MOTORCYCLE ART

Seems like yesterday...

Rod Lemond sent me these pics, I didn't even remember him taking them. I was getting this thing ready for Daytona Bike Week and just got the paint work back from Matt at ColorZone. Looks like the motor was just about finished, I think the covers were still at the polishers cause I don't see them in any of the pics. These had to be taken in Feb. of 2004. Man, the shop was a lot different back then. At the time, I was still working for PM though. If fact, I can remember thrashing on this bike for three days to get it ready in time for PM to take it to Daytona for me.

Bates makes it better!

Here's a little porn for ya'.

Harley Davidson Motocrosser

By the late '70 the sport of indoor motocross was really starting to grow. Stadiums all around the country were pacing in fifty-plus-thousand fans to watch the races and Harley Davidson thought they wanted part of the action. So, the Harley Davidson/AMF MX250was born. They hired long time Honda rider and winner of the first Super Bowl of Motocross, held in the LA Collosium, Marty Tripes to ride it. I think Marty actually won a couple of races on the MX250 but Harleys involvement in the sport only lasted a couple seasons. There were rumors floating around a couple of years ago about them making a return to the sport however they have yet to materialize. Anybody know anything about that?

Top Shelf Customs Basket Case Sportster

This project started about a week ago, we were trying to get it to Chopper Fest as a runner but we ran out of time. I did make it to the show though and, she'll be a runner this week for sure.
It should be a lot of fun, check it out
