Here You Go, Dan
Saw this thing sitting in the parking lot at the Harley Dealer yesterday, 23" wheels front and rear. Frame looks familiar too.

Wayne's World
Getting a little closer with Wayne's bike. Still have to do the exhaust system and a few finishing touches. It's actually starting to look like something now though.
